The custom builder Newberry Homes has broken ground on its first Orlando-based development with Six in the City, a community of six tandem single-family homes in the College Park neighborhood.
Each of the six two-story homes will feature three bedrooms, two-and-half bathrooms and a garage. The community will be in walking distance of Downtown attractions.
Construction on the new homes is scheduled to be completed in 2026, with Newberry Realty handing sales inquiries.
