The Houston-headquartered manufactured and modular housing provider Oak Creek Homes is conducting a “Tax-Free Weekend Sale” over Aug. 15–16 that is designed to save buyers up to $10,000 on select factory-built residences.
“We can deliver homes to Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and parts of New Mexico,” said the company in a press statement, adding that buyers who make purchases during this can “save thousands with free upgrades on select models, including the award-winning Diamond Series. Expect features like LG stainless steel appliances and Energy Star certified options to help reduce your utility costs.”
The new sale is the company’s second promotion this summer. In June, it held its “Sizzlin’ Summer Sale” that was designed to sell off its current inventory to accommodate the fiscal year 2026 designs.
