Pacaso, the San Francisco-headquartered marketplace for co-owned luxury vacation homes, has launched Infinity by Pacaso, an invitation-only home exchange program created for a select group of second-home owners.

According to the company, the new endeavor is open to homeowners with a residence valued between $5 million and $20 million located in “a coveted destination.” Every home and every homeowner is vetted before being welcomed into Infinity, and Pacaso will rely on its proprietary technology to handle listings and schedulings.

Pacaso is charging a $100,000 one-time initiation fee that offers 10 years of access to swap stays within the Infinity portfolio. Destinations currently available include St. Barths in the British Virgin Islands; Paris; Tuscany, Italy; Mexico City, Ibiza, Spain; Careyes, Mexico; New York City; and Verbier, Switzerland.

“My perspective on second-home ownership changed after my family exchanged homes with another family. It felt less like travel and more like being welcomed into someone else’s life,” said Austin Allison, CEO and co-founder of Pacaso. “That experience revealed how many extraordinary homes sit unused—not for lack of desire, but because there’s never been a trusted way to exchange them with like-minded owners. Infinity brings that idea to life: a private exchange where exceptional homes unlock exceptional stays.”
