A property operations platform created as a proprietary tool by a commercial real estate firm headquartered in Oklahoma City has been upgraded and released for the broader commercial property market.
Robinson Park originally created POGO (Property Operations on to the Go) to support maintenance workflows, asset tracking, tenant communications, access control, analytics, payments and space reservations. The platform also provides actionable insights into tenant behavior, allowing operators to make more informed decisions about staffing, amenities and building operations.
POGO also supports tenant engagement through real-time updates, event sharing and access to bookable amenities, helping create a more connected workplace environment. Internal use of the platform resulted in a tenant satisfaction above 95%, leading to its expansion into the broader market.
“POGO started as an internal solution,” said Mark Beffort, CEO of Robinson Park and founder of POGO. “We built it to solve real operational challenges. As adoption grew, it became clear it could deliver value far beyond our own portfolio.”
The company added POGO is now being implemented at The Peake, an 854,415-square-foot mixed-use campus in Oklahoma City. The platform’s projected campus adoption is between 800 and 1,200 users and it is expected to streamline maintenance, asset management and bookable spaces functions.
