Greystar has begun pre-leasing at The Parson, a high-rise apartment community in Denver’s Golden Triangle neighborhood.
The Parson will offer 309 luxury residences and include a mix of 21 studios, 161 one-bedrooms, 95 two-bedrooms, 9 three-bedrooms, and 23 penthouses, available in two- or three-bedroom floorplans. Amenities include a fifth-floor sundeck and pool, a two-story gym with sauna and yoga lawn, concierge service, a shared workspace, and an indoor and outdoor dog park plus a dog spa.
In addition to the residences, The Parson will feature 4,100 square feet of ground floor retail space
