Dave Liniger, co-founder of the RE/MAX (NASDAQ:RMAX) real estate franchise RE/MAX, is releasing his new book “The Perfect 10” on March 26.
Published by Forefront Books, “The Perfect 10” is being promoted as “a practical guide for aspiring entrepreneurs, drawing from Liniger’s vast experience as a real estate magnate, philanthropist, investor, franchisor, educator, former NASCAR team owner and driver, and proprietor of one of the world’s most successful Arabian horse breeding outfits.”
Liniger and his wife Gail co-founded RE/MAX in 1973 and has served as its chairman of the board after retiring as CEO in 2018.
“The Perfect 10 is more than just a book,” Liniger said in a press statement. “It’s a love letter to young and future moguls, providing invaluable information that can only be obtained through lived experience. I share what I’ve learned from my successes and my failures, which will hopefully inspire the next generation to build on what I’ve achieved and surpass it.”
Can’t wait to read it! I have been a RE/MAX Broker-Associate with RE/MAX Crown Realty in Vero Beach, Fla. since 2009. I encourage every new agent to read the history of RE/MAX book, Above The Crowd when they become an agent with us. The founding story of the Red,White, Blue Balloon is astounding. I can’t wait to read the Perfect 10.
