Westcliff, a Montreal-based real estate development and management company, has completed its acquisition of the Champlain Place mall in Dieppe, New Brunswick.
Located on a 60-acre site, the 784,372-square-foot Champlain Place is the largest shopping center in New Brunswick. Its hosts over 150 stores and its tenants include Walmart, Bass Pro Shops, Cineplex and LL Bean.
The financial aspects of the deal were not disclosed.
