Reality television personality and SERHANT. real estate agent Tyler Cameron has been appointed as the exclusive sales and marketing agent at Ancora, a boutique waterfront development bringing 24 luxury townhomes to Florida’s Hutchinson Island.
Developed by Matthew Madrazo of Civitella, Ancora is positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon. The 3,100-square-foot duplex townhomes will encompass four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, and each are equipped with a private elevator. Ancora will also offer a limited collection of seven private boat slips, along with deeded beach access directly across the street. Amenities include a private clubhouse, a pool and sun deck overlooking the water, and a state-of-the-art fitness center with a sauna.
Pricing for the townhomes starts at $1.75 million.
Cameron came to prominence through “The Bachelorette” before being hired as an agent by “Owning Manhattan” star Ryan Serhant’s eponymous brokerage. Cameron, who is also a real estate investor and the head of his own construction business, is based out of Serhant’s office in Jupiter, Florida.
“Ancora is about raising the bar for what waterfront living can look like and is bringing a new type of residence to Hutchinson Island,” said Cameron. “The goal was to bring together strong design, quality construction, and the kind of lifestyle people move to Florida for—being close to the water, the beach, and everything that comes with it.”
“Our approach was to create a more intimate waterfront community that allows residents to fully experience the unique setting between the river and the ocean,” said Madroza. “Partnering with Tyler and the SERHANT. team helps us share that vision with buyers who are looking for something more distinctive along Florida’s coast.”
