Realtor.com has launched the Listing Toolkit, a new proprietary offering to help agents stand out to seller prospects and turn them into clients while promoting listings and closing more deals.
The new subscription-based Listing Toolkit gives agents access to featured branding designed to connect with more sellers, enhanced listing presentations, promoted listings in Realtor.com search results, and access to local buyers searching Realtor.com with specific budgets and home preferences that match the sellers’ properties.
