Realtor.com is now offering Spotlight Listings, a new solution designed to increase listings visibility on its platform.

According to the company, Spotlight Listings gives properties premium placement that can double the visibility with Realtor.com’s audience, with the goal of helping listings agents attract more qualified buyers and deliver faster results for sellers. Spotlight Listings offers elevated positioning in search results and maps, plus enhanced Listing Detail Pages featuring an expanded gallery with an emphasis on property visuals. Listings are also featured in ZIP code-targeted listing recommendation emails sent to high-intent buyers in the local market.

Realtor.com has also enhanced its Local Expert product. Promoted as a real estate professional’s online billboard, the enhanced product now has a new featured placement in Agent Search that enables agents to showcase their expertise, highlight recent home sales and client reviews, and build trust with buyers and sellers in their local markets.
