Richmond American Homes of Florida LP, a subsidiary of MDC Holdings Inc., announced the completion of its purchase of 40 homesites in Dundee, Florida.
The property is being positioned as the site of Seasons at Lake Dell, a master-planned community that will offer five single- and two-story floor plans from the builder’s Seasons Collection. The homes will range from three to five bedrooms, encompassing approximately 1,700 to 2,400 square feet.
According to the company, the community is close to Haines City, Lake Wales, Lake Dell and Winter Haven, with convenient access to Orlando and Tampa via US-27 and I-4.
The financial aspects of the site purchase were not disclosed.
