Legendary rock star John Fogerty won’t be singing “doo, doo, doo, lookin’ out my back door” at his Thousand Oaks, California-based mansion much longer – the Creedence Clearwater Revival singer has listed the property for $19.995 million.
TMZ broke the news that Fogerty is selling the nearly 22-acre property and its 18,600-square-foot residence with 9 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, two soundproof recording studios, theater, wellness center, gym, pool and bar room with temperature-controlled wine walls.
Fogerty acquired the property about a decade ago for $9 million. If the property, this will be his second California home sale in as many years – in 2021, he sold his 9,000-square-foot Encino property for $8 million.
And for the time being, Fogerty is residing in hotel suites – his latest music tour has him booked through mid-September, with his next show scheduled for Sunday in the Chicago suburb of Highland Park, Illinois.
