Compass International Holdings (NYSE: COMP) announced the appointment of Rory Golod to the new role of president of growth.
In his new job, Golod will be responsible for empowering the 340,000 real estate professionals across the company’s brands to be more successful and grow their businesses through its single, modern technology platform. Golod has held several senior executive roles critical to the company’s expansion and previously co-led the entire brokerage business for Compass, drove brokerage growth nationwide, and served as chief of staff to Chairman and CEO Robert Reffkin.
“Rory has a proven track record of helping agents grow and realize their entrepreneurial potential —from co-leading our brokerage business to driving our nationwide growth,” said Reffkin. “He has the experience and agent-first mindset to drive their success on our unified platform so they can deliver the best outcomes for their clients.”
