Former New York City Mayor Rudy Guiliani is listing his luxury Manhattan apartment for sale at $6.5 million.
The apartment is in a landmarked building designed in 1906 by architects Harde & Short. According to combined media reports, Giuliani purchased the 10th floor co-op apartment in 2002 for $4.8 million. The three-bedroom apartment has a semi-private elevator, as well as a wood-paneled library with wood-burning fireplace, an oak-paneled dining room, and an eat-in kitchen with a butler’s pantry.
The apartment was in the public eye in 2021 during an FBI raid of the premises, when Giuliani was under investigation for his dealings with Ukraine. Giuliani is currently facing parallel crises, having been labeled as “Co-conspirator 1” in a federal indictment of former President Donald Trump while separately being sued for sexual harassment and assault by a one-time employee.
