Celebrity brokers Ryan Serhant and Chrishell Stause have no problems selling luxury real estate on television, but can they sell roast beef meals?

The glamorous stars of “Owning Manhattan” and “Selling Sunset” are spoofing their dealmaking skills in a new advertising campaign for Arby’s, where they extol the value of the restaurant chain’s $7.99 Meat & 3 Box that features a choice of a Classic Roast Beef or Crispy Chicken sandwich, a small order of curly fries, two mozzarella sticks, a small drink, and the new Peach Cobbler Roll. In the advertisement, Serhant advocates for the mozzarella sticks and a drink while Stause is equally insistent on curly fries and a Peach Cobbler Roll.

“At Arby’s, our goal is to always give people more for their money,” said Arby’s Chief Marketing Officer Jeff Baker. “The new Meat & 3 meal gives our guests five delicious items, two more than those other value meals, for just $7.99. It’s truly more meal for your money.”

So, why are Serhant and Stause taking a break from selling luxury homes to pitch discount-level meals?

“My clients are always hunting for the best quality at the best price, whether they’re purchasing a home or a meal,” said Serhant in a statement to Showbiz Cheat Sheet. “So, when Arby’s showed me the Meat & 3 Box deal, it immediately caught my eye. It delivers real value without cutting corners. As for my favorite? The mozzarella sticks. They’re crispy, melty, and the real deal, just like finding the perfect home at the right price.”

“I loved the idea of this campaign because it feels like the perfect counteroffer,” Stause added. “You don’t have to choose between a side or a dessert because you get both, plus the entrée and a drink. It’s the kind of choice that just feels good, like selling a home, ringing the bell, and celebrating with my favorite new dessert, the Peach Cobbler Roll.”
