The real estate developer Crescent Heights announced the launch of Panorama Buckhead, a residential conversion development in Atlanta.
According to the company, the property is a former high-rise rental tower that has been converted into a condominium project with 236 units in one-, two-bedroom, and penthouse configurations, ranging from 814 to 1,260 square feet. Amenities include an outdoor pool, renovated fitness center, sauna, tranquil Zen Garden, and pet-friendly spaces.
Pricing starts in the $300,000s and sales for Panorama Buckhead are handled by Ansley Real Estate Christie’s International. A grand opening event at the property for prospective buyers will be held March 15 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm EDT.
