The Long Island estate of Sean Hannity sold for $12.7 million, down from the $13.75 million sought by the Fox News star when it was listed last month.
The Wall Street Journal reported the property was acquired by a fan of the political commentator, who has relocated to Florida to broadcast his television and radio programs. The sale encompassed the property’s furniture, including the books in the library.
Hannity acquired the property through a limited liability company in 2008 for $8.5 million. The luxury residence on the exclusive Centre Island features an 11,000-square-foot residence with seven bedrooms, seven full baths and two half-baths, while the 6.22-acre property features an 80-foot private dock on Oyster Bay, a swimming pool, a tennis court, a par-3 golf course and a separate putting green.
