CBRE Group Inc. (NYSE:CBRE) announced the investment banking team from Sera Global, a global independent real assets advisor, has joined the company.
The Sera team has offices worldwide – including New York City, London, Los Angeles, Toronto, Boston, Frankfurt, Barcelona, Madrid and Seoul – and brings expertise across key investment banking services including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, liquidity solutions and infrastructure advisory. Leo van den Thillart, Sera Global’s CEO, has joined CBRE as global head of investment banking.
