A Silicon Valley villa and an Aspen estate were the most home sales during November, according to a new report from Redfin. Aspen was home to four of the 10 most expensive home sales of November – perfect timing for ski season.

- 1310 Red Butte Dr., Aspen, Colorado 81611: Sold for $53 million
- 217 W. 57th St. Unit 121, New York City 10019: Sold for $46.5 million
- 15 Little Cloud Trail, Aspen 81611: Sold for $45.6 million
- 50 W. 66th St. Unit 42NS, New York City 10023: Sold for $44 million
- 579 Indian Field Rd., Greenwich, Connecticut 06830: Sold for $40 million
- 615 E. Hopkins Ave., Aspen 81611: Sold for $40 million
- 16101 Quiet Vista Circle, Delray Beach, Florida 33446: Sold for $39.8 million
- 9 & 17 Ullr Way, Aspen 81611: Sold for $35.5 million
- 3373 Rum Row, Naples, Florida 34102: Sold for $35 million
