Singapore’s Banyan Group Enters US Luxury Residential Market

The Singaporean hospitality company Banyan Group is bringing its Banyan Tree brand to the US residential market with the launch of the Florida luxury property Banyan Tree Residences West Palm Beach.

Developed in collaboration with Mast Capital and Curated JCZM Development, Banyan Tree Residences West Palm Beach features 88 private residences ranging from one- to four-bedroom layouts, along with a limited collection of penthouses. Direct private elevator entry is available in most of the residences.

The amenity offering includes a private porte cochère, a fully serviced resort-style pool, curated social and recreation spaces, and a wellness center and spa featuring deluxe treatment rooms, cryotherapy, a hammam, and meditation spaces.

Residents also receive membership in Banyan Group’s Sanctuary Club, which provides them preferred access to more than 100 hotels and resorts and over 140 spas and galleries across more than 20 countries.
