Sotheby’s International Realty announced the launch of its 18th Asian office with the opening of its first location in the Philippines.

The new Philippines Sotheby’s International Realty is headquartered in Makati, the nation’s financial and commercial hub located within the Metro Manila region. Catherine Ocariz-Florencio, a former president of the Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards – City of Taguig Real Estate Board, was hired to manage the new office.
