Houston-based Venterra Realty has hired Steve Fritzer as director of development.
In his new role, Fritzer will lead the company’s development of purpose-built rental home communities in Texas, with responsibilities including sourcing sites, design, construction oversight, and support of Venterra’s internal teams. In addition to this primary focus on build-for-rent projects, Fritzer will help Venterra explore other product types including 55+ active living communities and larger master-planned land developments.
Fritzer was previously a managing partner at SWF Interests. Earlier in his career, he was managing director at NexMetro Communities.
