Peerage Realty Partners, the Toronto-headquartered residential real estate services firm serving luxury markets across North America, has announced Tara Brown as its new CEO.

Brown will retain her title of president of Peerage Group Sotheby’s International Realty and her place on the executive committee of Peerage Realty Partners, both of which she has held since joining the company in June 2024. She replaces Gavin Swartzman, who retired as CEO on March 31.

Prior to joining the company, she was group chief marketing officer at Maesa, a Bain Capital portfolio beauty company. Earlier in her career, she held executive positions at Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, and Keurig Dr Pepper.

“We are fortunate to have someone of Tara’s caliber to take the helm of Peerage Realty Partners as Gavin retires,” said Miles S. Nadal, founding executive chairman of Peerage Capital. “It speaks to our deep bench strength as an organization, and it ensures our momentum will continue seamlessly.”
