The Bainbridge Companies LLC, a Wellington, Florida-based multifamily-focused real estate firm, has hired Teresa Holmes as vice president of operations.
In her new role, Holmes will oversee the daily operations of a real estate portfolio throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. She comes to the company from Avenue 5 Residential, where she served as associate vice president. Earlier in her career, she was area vice president of Haven Residential.
“Teresa has a strong track record of success with fee-managed multifamily communities, and we are confident that she will ensure the strategic goals of The Bainbridge Companies LLC are achieved,” said Gail Ruggles, executive vice president of operations at The Bainbridge Companies LLC.
