Properties in California and Florida dominated the list of the nation’s 10 most expensive home sales during June, according to new data from Redfin. All 10 of the properties sold for more than $30 million.
The most expensive US home sales of June were:

- 55 E. San Marino Dr., Miami Beach 33139: Sold for $46 million
- 1742 S. Ocean Blvd., Palm Beach, Florida 33480: Sold for $38.8 million
- 9 W. 54th St., New York City 10019: Sold for $38.2 million
- 1806 US Highway 50, Unit 2, Glenbrook, Nevada 89413: Sold for $37.5 million
- 690 Island Dr., Palm Beach 33480: Sold for $33 million
- 1120 Wallace Ridge, Beverly Hills 90210: Sold for $32 million
- 750 Lausanne Rd., Los Angeles 90077: Sold for $32 million
- 1414 Donhill Dr., Beverly Hills 90210: Sold for $32 million
- 96 Ridge View Dr., Atherton, California 94027: Sold for $31.8 million
Looking back over the first half of 2025, Redfin identified the 10 most expensive home sales of the half-year:

- 630 Nimes Rd., Los Angeles 90077: Sold for $110 million in May
- 88 La Gorce Cir., Miami Beach 33141: Sold for $74.3 million in April
- 4823 Kahala Ave., Honolulu 96816: Sold for $65.8 million in March
- 71 Beverly Park, Beverly Hills 90210: Sold for $63.1 million in June
- 66 La Gorce Cir., Miami Beach 33141: Sold for $60 million in March
- 150 Charles St., Unit 9A, New York City 10014: Sold for $60 million in March
- 1028 Ridgedale Dr., Beverly Hills 90210: Sold for $60 million in April
