The Los Angeles-headquartered real estate brokerage The Agency has opened new offices in the Caribbean, Canada and Oklahoma.
The company launched The Agency Jamaica, is the firm’s first office in Jamaica. Industry veterans Matthew ‘Taff’ Stevenson, Rebecca Stevenson, Sean O’Neill, and Ian Hurdle who will all serve as managing partners, and David Thwaites will join them as managing broker. The Agency has several offices throughout the Caribbean including in Turks & Caicos, The Bahamas, The Cayman Islands, and the Dominican Republic.
The Agency also opened its first Nova Scotia office with The Agency Halifax. Steve Bailey, Katia Bailey and Cait Banks will serve as managing partners, with Megan Landry and James Goode serving as managing directors. The Agency has 18 offices throughout Canada including in Brantford, Calgary, Fort McMurray, Kelowna, Montreal, Muskoka, Oakville, Ottawa, Outaouais, Toronto, Vancouver, Victoria, Waterloo, and the York region.
Last week, The Agency Oklahoma City opened as the firm’s first office in the State of Oklahoma. Wyatt Poindexter and Wayne Kirby are the new managing partners in the office, which will serve the greater Oklahoma City region, including the areas of Edmond, Norman, Moore, Arcadia, Carlton Landing, Nichols Hills, Mustang, and Yukon, among others.
