The real estate brokerage The Agency has partnered with Langdon Title, a title and escrow services provider, to launch an affiliated title agency called EastWest Abstract.
According to a statement from the companies, the new endeavor “aims to streamline and simplify real estate transactions for New York-based buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals by offering a seamless, full-service experience from contract to closing.” EastWest Abstract is the latest offering within The Agency’s Core Real Estate Services. Most recently, The Agency launched Aclara Lending, a joint venture with the mortgage brokerage Barrett Financial Group to offer seamless and comprehensive lending services in the Southern California market.
