Toll Brothers Apartment Living, the rental subsidiary of Toll Brothers Inc. (NYSE: TOL), has partnered with Equity Residential for the opening of Remy, a luxury apartment community in the Dallas suburb of Frisco, Texas.
The new community features 357 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments featuring smart home technology including keyless entry, smart thermostats, and in-residence Wi-Fi; select residences also include private balconies, patios, or fenced-in yards. Remy’s amenities include a resort-style swimming pool with a sundeck, a courtyard with grilling stations, communal and private coworking spaces, a two-story fitness center and EV charging stations in the parking garage.
Remy’s construction began in 2022 and was financed by a $55.6 million construction loan from Santander Bank N.A.
