Trophy Signature Homes, a subsidiary of Green Brick Partners Inc. (NYSE: GRBK), has announced the development of Nicholson Ranch, a new 1,635-lot master-planned community in the Dallas suburb of Lavon, Texas.
Trophy will offer three of its home collections in the community. The Texas Tree series will be built on 40-foot lots, while both the Victory series and the signature Trophy series will be available on 50-foot lots.
According to the company, the eight-phase development is being tailored to first-time homebuyers and young families, including an elementary and middle school within walking distance. Future residents will have access to a community swimming pool with a dedicated children’s pool area, an event lawn, fire pits, open green spaces, and a nature-themed playground.
The community will also feature a grill station, pickleball court, basketball court, and tree-lined walking paths along a creek, encouraging an active lifestyle and outdoor recreation.
