Trophy Signature Homes, a subsidiary of Green Brick Partners Inc. (NYSE: GRBK), announced the opening of Lowry Trails, a new residential community in the Dallas suburb of Princeton, Texas.
The community will offer a variety of homes with prices starting in the high $200,000s, and comprised of roughly 1,335 to 2,536 square feet, 3 to 4 bedrooms, and 2 to 3.5 bathrooms. Lowry Trails is expected to feature 435 home sites, developed in four phases, offering a variety of residential configurations on approximately 40-foot lots. Plans for the community boast a greenbelt with dense trees and a playground.
Earlier this year, the US Census Bureau named Princeton as the nation’s fastest growing city, with a population that expanded from 28,000 in 2023 to 37,000 in 2024.
