A pair of U.K. real estate executives received the Order of the British Empire (OBE) as part of King Charles III’s inaugural Birthday Honors list.
CoStar News reported Charles Oglesby, CEO of the commercial property management firm Bruntwood, was recognized for his services to charity and regeneration in the North West of England while Sunand Prasad, chairman of the UK Green Building Council Board of Trustees and former president of the Royal Institute of British Architects, was cited for his work in addressing climate issues in the property and construction industries.
An OBE is one of several honors handed out by the Royal Family twice a year for distinguished work across the U.K. and globally.
