Utah’s largest mansion is going up for auction later this week.

Mansion Global reports the 154-acre ranch in Hyram, Utah, features a five-level, 40,000-square-foot residence with 10 bedrooms and 18 full and partial bathrooms. The residence also includes a dining room table that can seat up to 42 people and a home theater that can accommodate up to 62 movie lovers.

Built in 2019, the property’s style is heavily influenced by Disney branded entertainment – there is a replica of the Disneyland Enchanted Tiki Hut, a bunk room inspired by “Swiss Family Robinson” with a boat-shaped bed and green moss hanging from the beds; a Frontierland-inspired shooting range, and a “Cars”-themed racetrack circling the residence. around the footprint of the home. A nearly 30,000-square-foot pool barn (which has not been completed) is attached to the residence by a “Star Wars”-style tunnel.

The property, which is owned by Utah-based tech industry executive Richard Spillman, was listed in January for $35 million, but no buyers stepped forward. The auction starts on June 5 with an opening bid of $8 million and will run through June 18, with the asking price goal at $19.5 million.

  1. Typical for a mega mansion, as i have seen them throughout American history. So many of them don’t survive the next generation. Many lasted about 6 years. Either the builder dies or their children grow up. 2 things not considered.

  2. What a waste of natural resources. I hope the new owner turns it into something useful.
