The real estate software developer Yardi announced that its VendorShield vendor management platform for property owners and managers is now available in Canada.
VendorShield’s secure system has been modified to enable Yardi clients in Canada to enter their vendor criteria into the platform and leverage its data sourcing to collect, verify and audit vendor insurance data. These analytics are designed to help Canadian real estate businesses identify strategies for managing higher-risk vendors.
