Dora’s Naturals, a distributor of natural and organic perishable products, has acquired a 70,680-square-foot industrial property in Moonachie, New Jersey, from KBC Advisors for $20.9 million.
Built in 1985 on a 3.47-acre parcel, the property is accessible to Routes 43, 17 and 3, as well as the New Jersey Turnpike/I-95. The CBRE team of Kevin Dudley, Nicholas Klacik, Chad Hillyer, Kate Granahan, Brian Fiumara, Elli Klapper, and Jeremy Wernick represented Dora’s Naturals in the acquisition, while the seller, 7 Knickerbocker Road, LLC, was represented by KBC Advisors.
This is the second recent acquisition in Moonachie by the buyer through CBRE, which acquired a 105,000-square-foot industrial property from Beauty Plus in July for $31 million.
“It was exciting to work with Dora’s Naturals founder and CEO Cyrus Schwartz and his team in solving their long-term space needs and witnessing the continued expansion of this family-oriented company,” said Dudley, a vice chairman at CBRE, who also noted the company now owns three adjacent properties in the Moonachie area.
