St. George’s fast-rising housing market hit a new record high in April with the median sales price of a single-family home rising to $560,000, up more than 30% compared to April of last year.

The rising sales price has risen sharply for several years, having been $278,000 as recently as 2018 before jumping to $333,397 by 2020 and now to the $560,000 mark this year, according to a post from the Washington County Board of Realtors.
