Nominations should demonstrate meaningful achievement, performance, leadership, service, innovation, professionalism, or impact within the housing industry.

Yes. Self-nominations are permitted.

A company, organization, product, or service may be nominated by an owner, employee, executive, customer, client, industry colleague, business partner, or another individual familiar with the nominee's work and accomplishments.

Yes. Third-party nominations are welcome.

The nomination form asks for information about both the nominee and the person submitting the nomination so WREnews can communicate with the appropriate parties throughout the awards process.

Yes. Individuals and organizations may nominate more than one eligible company, organization, product, or service.

A separate nomination should be submitted for each nominee.

No. A nomination recognizes a company, organization, product, or service for consideration.

Award recipients are determined through the Housing Excellence Awards evaluation and selection process.

Selected recipients will be officially recognized as 2026 WREnews Housing Excellence Award recipients.

Selected recipients will be contacted using the nominee contact information provided during the nomination process.

It is important that the nominee's contact information be complete and accurate so important award communications are received.
