As 2023 speeds along, here’s another look around the state at what buyers and sellers can expect in Indiana’s real estate market.

Average 30-year fixed mortgage rates still sit over 6%, and mortgage application volumes were 44% lower nationally than the same week one year ago.

At today’s rates, home prices would have to fall by 30% for homebuyers who are purchasing the median-priced home to have the same monthly payment they would have had a year ago, according to USA TODAY.

Let’s see what homes listed between $400,000 and $500,000 look like in various cities around the state.

Indianapolis
