One of Hollywood’s most prominent real estate agents has relocated her business.
Cindy Ambuehl, the former luxury estate director in the Santa Monica office of Compass, has been signed as the executive director of luxury estates at AKG | Christie’s International Real Estate.
A former actress and model, Ambuehl is one of the most successful real estate agents in today’s industry, selling between $200 million and $300 million annually and amassing more than $2 billion in total sales volume over the course of her 16-year career in the profession. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Ambuehl’s most famous transactions include the $25 million sale on the Pacific Palisades home of David E. Kelley and Michelle Pfeiffer’s Pacific Palisades property for $25 million in 2021 and her representation of Kevin Nealon in the purchase of a $4.35 million house in the same swanky community.
“We are thrilled to welcome Cindy to the AKG | Christie’s International Real Estate family and have her serve as Executive Director of our new Brentwood office,” said Aaron Kirman, founder and CEO of AKG | Christie’s International Real Estate. “Together, we aim to redefine the essence of real estate, placing integrity, collaboration, and community partnership at the heart of our endeavors.”
