Celebrity chef Bobby Flay has listed his vacation home in the horse racing mecca of Saratoga Springs, New York, for $3.295 million.
The 0.21-acre property features a 3,087-square-foot Tudor-style residence with four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and (of course) a high-end gourmet kitchen. The house was built in 1939 and Flay told House Beautiful that he hired interior designer Olivia Capuano to create an environment that would serve as a “seasonal outpost to host and cook for family and friends.”
The property is adjacent to the Oklahoma Training Track, which is an ideal neighbor for Flay, a horse owner and racing enthusiast. However, his ownership of the property was relatively brief – he only acquired the property in 2021 for $1.7 million.
