The Columbus, Ohio-headquartered mortgage fintech Lower has recruited Amir Syed as chief growth officer.
In this new position, Syed will organize Lower’s multi-channel strategy to drive exponential market share while elevating existing production through coaching. Syed is the co-founder of the loan officer coaching platform Growth Only Coaching, and earlier in his career he was senior vice president of residential lending at Guaranteed Rate.
