The real estate investment and development firm EPIC Companies has debuted Vision REIT by EPIC, a real estate investment trust designed for accredited investors in multiple real estate developments across North Dakota and the Upper Midwest.
Headquartered in West Fargo, North Dakota, EPIC Companies focuses on developing commercial rentals with office and retail space, industrial rentals, and multifamily spaces. Units in the new REIT will be sold for $10.00 per unit with a minimum $50,000 investment. The companies said that after the first $20 million is raised, investors will have the opportunity to invest at a $9.00 unit price subject to a minimum of a $250,000 investment.
“EPIC Companies wants to bring greater investment, resources and opportunities to North Dakota, specifically and the Midwest, generally—Vision REIT is a mechanism for doing that,” said Todd Berning, president of EPIC Companies. “Vision REIT will not only be a new opportunity for accredited investors who seek a steady source of income with tax advantages but will allow EPIC Companies to more efficiently and effectively do the work we are so passionate about — developing real estate to help our communities thrive.”
