Initia Real Estate, a full-service brokerage serving Canada and Mexico, announced the opening of a new office in Red Deer, Alberta.
The new office is Initia’s third in Alberta – its headquarters is in Edmonton and it also has a presence in Calgary. Initia’s other Canadian markets are London and Sarnia in Ontario and Vancouver, British Columbia; its Mexican offices are in Mexico City and Guanajuato, and it planning to add more locations in the comping months.
“Realtors are starting to realize the importance of building and investing in their own brands, and that’s why I launched Initia Real Estate – I want them to invest in themselves instead of paying high monthly fees and office fees,” said Jonathan Yu, founder and CEO. “Alberta has been an important part of our operations, and Red Deer was the next logical step in expanding these operations.
