Actor Chris Pratt’s efforts to sell his Pacific Palisades estate have been less than stellar, resulting in a roughly $6.5 million reduction on its listing.
Realtor.com reported the “Guardians of the Galaxy” star cut his original asking price of $32 million to $25.49 million. Pratt and his wife, author Katherine Schwarzenegger, acquired the 0.85-acre property in 2018 for $15.6 million – and promptly demolished the existing residence to create a new six-bedroom, 12-bath, 12,900-square-foot home that was completed in 2021.
Pratt’s residence was featured on the Netflix series “Get Organized with the Home Edit,” and the actor has shared photographs of the property with his 46 million Instagram followers. The residence includes five fireplaces, a home theater and a wellness center featuring a gym and a hot and cold plunge pool. The property also has a half basketball court and a pool cabana with a full kitchen.
