Minnesota’s Saint Paul Area Association of Realtors (SPAAR) announced the appointment of Gabe Walsh as its new CEO.
Walsh succeeds John Fridlington, who passed away in January following a months-long bout with bladder cancer.
Walsh was previously CEO of the Lake Superior Area Realtors in Duluth. Earlier in his career, he served as general counsel for the Iowa Association of Realtors and was an attorney at an Iowa law firm.
In addition to his new role, Walsh serves on the Minnesota Realtors’ board of directors and executive committee, the latter in which he serves as chairman. He is also vice chairman of the National Association of Realtors’ AEC Volunteer Leadership Advisory Board.
