Lennar Debuts Two Communities in Alabama

The homebuilder Lennar (NYSE:LEN) announced the debut of Aberdeen and Greenbrier, two new-home communities in Foley, Alabama.

The Aberdeen community offers two open floorplans in homes ranging from 1,693 to 1,842 square feet, with three bedrooms and two baths. Pricing begins in the high $200,000s.

The Greenbrier community of single-family residences offers four open floorplans for home ranging from 1,660 to 1,943 square feet, with three to four bedrooms and two to three baths. Pricing begins in the low $300,000s.

“Foley is a little piece of paradise that has maintained its small-town charm while embracing a growing economy,” said Gulf Coast Division President Joel Coleman. “The town’s historic character and Southern hospitality is built into the Aberdeen and Greenbrier communities for gracious living in a beautiful coastal setting.”
