Commercial real estate brokers representing restaurant clients might be interested to learn that Cilantro Taco Grill, the Mexican fast-casual chain, has signed agreements with six different franchise groups and an area rep agreement to open 110 units across California, Florida, Illinois and Texas.
The brand signed its first franchise agreement in January 2024. Cilantro Taco Grill was founded in 2013 by Temoc Morfin in the Chicago metro area, where the company now operates 15 locations and has three more in development.
