Dwight Capital, a New York City-headquartered commercial real estate finance firm, has launched Dwight Green Finance, which will focus on financing a range of cleantech property improvements through C-PACE (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy).
To lead the new endeavor, the company hired Lisa Nordel as managing director and head of C-PACE. Nordel was previously vice president at Peachtree Group, where she led the loan execution process for debt funds and later transitioned to senior vice president in their C-PACE division.
“I am thrilled to join the Dwight team and contribute to offering our clients access to a cost-effective, long-term financing solution to enhance their capital structure,” said Nordel. “As the demand for clean energy and sustainable buildings grows, C-PACE financing has been increasingly embraced by property owners across diverse asset categories. Dwight Green Finance’s C-PACE platform seamlessly compliments Dwight’s current suite of financing options, including construction, bridge, and HUD financing.”
