Las Vegas Realtors CEO Wendy DiVecchio was suspended from her position for 30 days following allegations that she interfered with the 2025 election of the association’s board officers and directors.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal obtained an internal memo from LVR President Merri Perry to the association’s members that said a third party was contracted to investigate “allegations of election impropriety.” Although the memo did not cite DiVecchio directly or explain what the allegations involved, several Las Vegas Realtors members privately confirmed the chief executive’s suspension.

The memo insisted that the association’s leadership did not believe “the allegations, even if substantiated, affected the outcome of the election. However, the Board of Directors takes any allegations of election impropriety seriously and will work urgently to ensure that the process was administered fairly and appropriately and will update our members as soon as we are able.”

DiVecchio, who is a paid employee of the 16,000-member Las Vegas Realtors, did not respond to requests for a comment.
