Athena Real Estate LLC, an Orlando-headquartered real estate investment firm, has acquired its first Pennsylvania property with the purchase of Waterside Campground & RV Park in Lewiston.
The 234-site RV park stretches encompasses 167 acres with expansion potential and is located within a three-hour drive of major metro areas including Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Harrisburg and Baltimore. This acquisition marks the 13th property for Applebrook RV Parks & Resorts, the outdoor hospitality division of Athena Real Estate, and it is the ninth state where the company owns properties. The acquisition price was not disclosed.
