A New Hampshire realtor has taken an old-school approach to selling a residential property – or to be more precise, a prehistoric approach.

Jonathan Benton of East Key Realty is promoting a property in Londonderry, New Hampshire, by featuring a family of inflatable Tyrannosaurus Rexes as the residents of the house. The dinosaur family is shown playing in the front yard and back yard, making cookies in the kitchen and relaxing in the family room. The property’s listing is joke- and pun-heavy in describing the “dino-mite two car garage and finished basement,” bedrooms with “vaulted ceilings big enough to make a pterodactyl jealous” and a kitchen that is a “T-Rexcellent space for any chef.”

Hopefully for Benton, the T-Rex family will help animate interest in the property, which has been on the market for 28 days and cut its listing price yesterday by $39,900.

“I’m a very motivated seller, so when I said, ‘Hey is there anything we can do to speed this up?’, we came up with a fun, creative idea,” said Benton in a WHDH interview. “I just thought if we’re gonna do something to kind of get more eyes on the property, then let’s do something kind of silly and entertaining that people would get a kick out of. I mean, Halloween’s coming up!”
